Sreeenivasa is the founder and CEO of MasterCom. He has had an illustrious career in technology, having worked at top tech companies such as Cisco, Tech Mahindra, BPL, etc. He’s studied at one of the best engineering colleges in India, i.e., BE from SJCE, ME from BITS Pilani, and has done further PGDM from the prestigious IIM-B, Bangalore.
Sreenivasa laid the foundation stone of MasterCom with his unbeatable technical understanding and awareness of industry needs. He also indulges in tree plantations and farming activities.
Chandrashekar is a CA by profession with an experience of over two decades of working for various national and multinational companies across industries. He holds an edge in expertise in finance and related fields. Recently, he completed a Chief Financial Officer course from IIM-C. Chandrashekar has been contributing to the growth of MasterCom as the chief financial officer (legal & finance) for more than eleven years.
Chandrashekhar contributes MasterCom by handling all legal and finance-related matters with his careful yet well-articulated expert approach. He is an adventure enthusiast and regularly participates in adventure sports.
Kishan is an IT expert with close to 26 years of experience working in one of the most renowned technology-centric companies, such as Dell, Wipro, and more. Kishan did BE from Bits Pilani, PGDM Executive course from IIM-B. He’s been associated with MasterCom for nearly a decade as the vice president. Kishan brings his unmatched skills and transformation growth measures to our table as he heads over hundred-plus employees at MasterCom.
He promotes cross-functional collaboration and engagement with Global teams across geographical locations and time zones. Kishan’s pursuits involve strong people management skills – Team building, Hiring/Retaining talent, Conflict Resolution, and more. He’s a bike enthusiast and regularly engages in adventure activities.
