Problem Statement

The customer wanted to implement IBM products to effectively monitor network performance and faults.

Solution Provided

We implemented the NetCool suite of products at the Network Operations centre, giving a single-glass view of network performance and fault identification. The tool also helped do a quick RCA reducing cost and time and increasing network uptime.
