Telecom

The advent of new technologies like 5G, FWTs, FTTx, etc., is making networks agile. Deploying new technology over legacy systems requires OSS and BSS to be in sync. MasterCom has pioneered building systems that assist a telecom service provider in telecom network provisioning, billing, order management, monitoring, SLA adherence, etc. Our solutions provide for zero-touch provisioning of services from order creation to provisioning/commissioning of the order.

MasterCom has delivered projects across multi-vendor, muti-technology heterogeneous networks like MPLS, SDH, DWDM, GSM, LTE, IP telephony, broadband, etc. MasterCom has extensively developed software to monitor and provide core and access networks.

NFV & NFVi

Network Function Virtualization refers to the computing, networking, and storing resources used to build a virtualized network function. At the same time, the component describing the hardware software components on the virtual network is the NFV Infrastructure. The complex technical aspects are easily & efficiently implemented.

OSS

The term “operation support system” refers to the software elements that enable a service provider to monitor, control, analyse, and manage the services on the network. Over the last 15 years, MasterCom has pioneered in implementing fault management system (FMS), performance management system (PMS), network discovery of both IP & transport layers (layers 2 & 3), network provisioning using products like IBM Netcool, HP TeMiP, Fevone, Amdocs Cramer/OSS, nutcracker, and Oracle Federos/ Assure1. Many implementations required significant customization of the tools to meet the customer’s business rules.

BSS

The BSS infrastructures of today were created over several decades for telecom service providers. Legacy technologies throw a challenge every time a software has to be implemented or upgraded. Business support services enable a telecom service provider to gain customer insight, compile real-time subscriptions and introduce new revenue-generating services. MasterCom has implemented an Order management system (OMS), billing, and CPQ systems using Oracle CPQ (big machine), SFDC, CloudSense, etc.
